About Dr. Kiser

Dr. Kelly Kiser is a board-certified, fellowship-trained cataract and refractive surgeon who specializes in helping patients reduce their dependence on glasses through LASIK, EVO ICL, refractive lens exchange, and advanced cataract surgery. She has performed thousands of procedures and is an inductee of the World College of Refractive Surgery and Visual Sciences.

A Dallas native, Dr. Kiser earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center before completing an internship in internal medicine and an ophthalmology residency at Washington University in St. Louis. She then pursued additional fellowship training in cataract and refractive surgery in Omaha, Nebraska, through Kugler Vision, a Modern Vision Partner Practice.

Before joining Carrot LASIK & Eye Center, Dr. Kiser helped develop and grow a comprehensive cataract and refractive surgery program in Illinois, where she served patients throughout the region with advanced vision correction procedures. She is committed to staying at the forefront of vision correction technology and offers patients a full range of surgical options tailored to their individual goals and lifestyle.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kiser enjoys spending time with her husband and children, running, and exploring the outdoors.

Dr. Kiser believes that successful vision correction begins with understanding each patient’s lifestyle and visual goals. She takes pride in helping patients navigate their options and developing personalized treatment plans that allow them to see their best and enjoy greater freedom from glasses.
